iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Option A — iTunes Backup:
1. Open Finder (Mac) or iTunes (Windows)
2. Connect iPhone → Back Up Now
3. ZIP the backup folder and upload
Option B — Sysdiagnose:
1. Press Vol Up + Vol Down + Power simultaneously
2. Go to Settings → Privacy → Analytics → Files
3. Share the sysdiagnose .tar.gz file
Android Device
Option A — AndroidQF (recommended, PC):
1. Enable Developer Mode and USB Debugging on the phone
2. Download AndroidQF from github.com/mvt-project/androidqf and run it with the phone connected
3. ZIP the output folder (if it is not already a ZIP) and upload the .zip
Option B — ADB Backup (older, less complete):
Run: adb backup -all -apk -f backup.ab and upload the backup.ab file
